About the role

As Content Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our partner’s content is not only clear and user-friendly but also accessible across various platforms. You’ll manage a team of writers to streamline content workflows, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and consistency across help articles, internal knowledge bases, chatbots, and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Leading and empowering a team of writers: You’ll guide your team to produce impactful content that enhances user experiences, while aligning with strategic goals.
  • Managing content operations: Oversee content creation and delivery from start to finish, ensuring smooth workflows and top-notch quality at each step.
  • Optimizing workflows: Continuously improve content processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Project management: Prioritize content initiatives, manage timelines, and keep content on track with evolving business needs.
  • Ensuring quality standards: Uphold and elevate content standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
  • Fostering collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to keep teams and leadership informed on progress, roadblocks, and milestones.
  • Driving continuous improvement: Leverage insights and data to identify opportunities for growth, driving innovation in content and operations.
