This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you to understand how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard the personal information we collect about you and to assist you in making informed decisions when interacting with F4S and the F4S Platform.
As we update and diversify our services this Privacy Policy may change. Therefore we reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time as we deem necessary. Please check this page periodically for updates. We will also try to alert you to any changes to this Privacy Policy before they become effective. We have several areas where you can submit information to us on or via the F4S Platform and we may also have features that automatically collect information from the users of any of the F4S Platform.
When visiting our Sites, using any of the F4S Platform or otherwise interacting with us or registering you may be asked to provide personal information in order for us to provide you with services, perform our functions or communicate current and new services, promotional offers or reports/research. If you register on any of our Sites or for the F4S App, during the registration process you must provide us with a user name and password. It is your responsibility to keep your password strictly confidential.
We may also collect personal information about you from your employer, third parties who use our API to integrate our services, other users of the F4S Platform, for example should they invite you to use or to access any of the F4S Platform or if they share their results, analysis or recommendations arising from the use of any of the F4S Platform (“Results”) or you sign-up to any of the F4S Platform.
References to “personal information” contained in this Privacy Policy includes your name, gender, date of birth, contact details (e.g. e-mail address), occupation, your answers to our questionnaire, answers to and information you provide in our chat function, AI enabled and other (i.e. human) coaching services and other information that personally identifies you.
Where you provide us with the personal information of another person you warrant that (i) you have the consent of that person to provide such personal information to us, (ii) you have provided them with a copy of or link to this Privacy Policy prior to such consent and (iii) they have consented to our collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Integrated Services and Third Party Content: We use services and content provided by third parties on our Sites (hereinafter collectively referred to as “content”). For this kind of integration it is technically necessary to process your IP address so that the content can be sent to your browser. Service providers: We may share your personal information with companies (including our related companies) acting as our authorized agents in providing the F4S Platform or any of our service (e.g. credit card processing) to you. Most of these current third party companies are listed and outlined above. Because we operate globally we may transfer your personal information to countries or jurisdictions that do not provide the same level of data protection as the country in which you are based. Currently our main service providers are located in Australia, Belgium and USA. However, as the F4S Platform and our services expand our providers may be located in other countries across the globe. If we make such a transfer we will, or our service providers will, as applicable, provide for the proper safeguards required by applicable law.
Your employer/person that requested you complete the questionnaire: We will share your Results with the person who requested that you complete the questionnaire, where you have provided your permission for us to do so.
Connections: We will share your Results with any connection request that you accept or make inside the F4S Platform.
Third parties who use our API to integrate into our services: Companies integrating any of the F4S Platform or our services (via our API) into their systems or offerings will share your personal information with us and we will share your personal information with them to facilitate the performance and integration of our services. Our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in these circumstances is covered by this Privacy Policy. We recommend you also review the relevant third party’s privacy policy as regards how that company deals with your personal information.
Legally compelled disclosure: We may be required to disclose your personal information by law or in connection with investigations or other efforts to prevent illegal activities or pertaining to public safety.
Consent to processing: By providing your personal information to us or a third party for provision to us you consent to the transfer of your personal information to and the collection and processing of such personal information in other countries or territories in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your personal information may be stored and processed on servers outside of Australia. F4S uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Sites. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Sites.
Google Marketing Services
On our Sites we at times use the marketing and remarketing services of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). These services allow us to display advertisements in a more targeted manner in order to present advertisements of interest to users. Through remarketing ads and products are displayed to users relating to an interest established by activity on other websites within the Google Network. For these purposes, a code is used by Google when our website is accessed and what are referred to as (re)marketing tags are incorporated into the website.
With their help, an individual cookie (i.e. a small file, is stored on the user’s device or a comparable technology). Cookies can be set by various domains, including google.com, doubleclick.net, invitemedia.com, admeld.com, googlesyndication.com or googleadservices.com. This file records which apps users have visited, which content they are interested in and which offers have been used. In addition, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, the length of the visit as well as any additional data about the use of the online products and services are stored. The IP address of users is also recorded, although we would like inform you that within the framework of Google Analytics, IP addresses within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area are truncated.
All user data will only be processed as pseudonymous data. Google does not store any names or e-mail addresses. All displayed ads are therefore not displayed specifically for a person, but for the owner of the cookie. This information is collected by Google and transmitted to and stored by servers in the USA.
One of the Google marketing services we use is the online advertising program Google AdWords. In the case of Google AdWords, each AdWords customer receives a different conversion cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected by the cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag.

We also may use DART cookies for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements).
