About the role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be a key player in our partner's mission to transform global finance. This high-performing team is dedicated to delivering innovative payment and financial solutions that streamline operations and fuel growth for large-scale businesses worldwide.

In this role, you'll:

  • Craft tailored solutions for our partner’a enterprise clients, addressing their unique business needs with a consultative approach
  • Forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive customer engagement and platform usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the highest standard of customer experience 
  • Lead complex customer projects across various technical and non-technical domains
  • Proactively identify and resolve client challenges, serving as their dedicated advocate and relaying valuable feedback to Product Management and Development teams
  • Exceed sales targets while keeping customer needs at the forefront

Who our partner is looking for:

  • A seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience managing complex technology sales or account management for enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with API integration in account management
  • A natural communicator who can engage effortlessly with people from all backgrounds and domains
  • A results-driven individual who holds themselves accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets
  • A knack for problem-solving – someone who can simplify complexity and find creative solutions
  • A resilient, driven, and adaptable individual who thrives under pressure and is passionate about building something great
