About the role

Our partner is on the lookout for a hands-on and highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer to pioneer innovative AI solutions within a new domain. Prior experience in brand management isn’t required—but curiosity, adaptability, and an eagerness to shape the future of brand-focused AI is essential.

What you’ll do:

• Enhancing and evolving a robust Brand Knowledge system to interpret and enforce brand guidelines intelligently
• Building AI models that find the sweet spot between brand consistency and creative freedom
• Developing and refining Brand Assist tools that provide proactive and adaptive brand guidance
• Scaling agent-based AI systems that power real-time analytics and intelligent auditing
• Applying advanced AI methodologies (LLMs, multimodal models, RAG) to elevate brand intelligence
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to launch scalable, AI-driven brand experiences
• Making brand guidelines more data-informed through continual performance insights
• Prototyping novel AI concepts that push the boundaries of compliance and user experience
• Becoming a go-to expert in Brand AI, helping influence the long-term vision and roadmap
