As the Senior Sourcing Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind the fresh produce strategy for our partner. You'll be planting the seeds for success, nurturing supplier relationships, and harvesting the best deals to keep our partner's customers delighted. Your playground? Your recipe for success: 

• Cook up a 1-3 year category plan for fresh produce sourcing that aligns perfectly with our partner's flavor profile 
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating deals that are ripe with opportunity 
• Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, always looking for ways to trim costs and minimize risks 
• Scout for new supplier talent, bringing fresh faces to the table to support growth and innovation 
• Orchestrate a competitive tendering process
• Manage the expenditure portfolio, optimizing procurement costs without sacrificing quality 

Job requirements:

• A degree in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager, Sourcing Specialist, or Head of Procurement, with a particular taste for the fresh produce category 
• A deep understanding of market dynamics and a proactive approach to category management
• Hands-on experience with supplier management software (e.g., ERP, Foods Connected) and a knack for commercial negotiations 
• Professional accreditation or certification (i.e., CIPS) is the cherry on top
