Michelle's contributions to the industry extend beyond publications. She played a pivotal role as a founding committee member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Australasia in 2000. And as a pioneer into new forms of learning, Michelle played a foundational role in establishing the global professional coaching field in 1997.
