About the role

Our partner is transforming workplaces worldwide through their market-leading operations platform, helping teams work more efficiently, safely, and confidently - and they're looking for a Team Assistant who thrives on bringing order to complexity. 

In this role, your exceptional problem-solving and organizational talents will allow leaders to focus on the bigger picture while you ensure everything runs like clockwork.

What you'll be doing:

  • Navigate complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Be the vital point of contact between the SLT and stakeholders, ensuring that vital information is communicated clearly and effectively
  • Contribute and support the execution of ideas and strategic initiatives by assisting in project management, including tracking milestones and preparing presentations and reports
  • Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality, discretion and professionalism

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant
  • High-level organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept in using Google and Microsoft Office Suite
