Commercial Operations Lead

About the role

Our partner is a customer and product-led SaaS company searching for a driven and experienced Operations Lead to join their team and help achieve operational excellence across the organization. As Operations Lead, you'll guide high-impact projects and optimize day-to-day operations to prepare the business for scale while creating efficiencies where possible. 

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead key cross-functional projects, providing guidance to all stakeholders while streamlining processes and improving communication
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and suggest operational enhancements
• Conduct market research, compile results, and present findings and proposals for consideration
• Create and execute initiatives to address identified problems, with a focus on top priorities and goals
• Communicate with and manage senior stakeholders throughout project planning, delivery, and post-deployment
• Support your manager and broader Operations teams in delivering projects needed for scaling the business
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the operations team

Your experiences and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in operations or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with a history of building high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Confidence in decision-making
