About the role

Our partner is an innovative tech company on a mission to helping organizations train and upskill their teams effectively and transforming the way people learn at work through their mobile microlearning platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with Instructional Design and Customer Success teams to develop content strategies that will deliver exceptional results
  • Actively connect with clients to demo the platform and gather customer feedback on specific training materials 
  • Create and review training courses and micro-lessons, while sourcing vital relevant assets and data needed

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Design, Customer Support, or teaching
  • Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication
  • Sharp eye for instructional design principles and learning objectives
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, In-Design, or Canva)
  • Background in customer-facing roles involving training or technical support
