About the role

As a Senior ML Engineer on the Training Data & Evaluation Tooling team, you'll be the engineering backbone for producing training and evaluation data. Your expertise will empower product engineers to swiftly transform ideas into powerful user experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct in-depth research in order to develop and implement AI-based solutions and automate evaluations for core design and assistant products
  • Collaborate across teams to develop AI-powered solutions for labeling and preprocessing unstructured data
  • Be an advocate for engineering needs and effectively translate knowledge to stakeholders
  • Take initiative in executing tasks and achieving goals, maximizing the use of our partner's engineering landscape and technical systems
  • Contribute to defining and improving best practices; participate in design and code reviews

Who our partner is looking for:

  • Deep experience in machine learning/software engineering roles, preferably with visual AI experience
  • Adept with building and deploying machine learning models and end-to-end ML pipelines and components
  • Exceptional research skills that can keep up with new trends and information; with the ability to translate acquired data and AI developments into practical solutions
  • A solid foundation in Computer Science/Engineering fundamentals, covering system design, data structures, architecture, and design patterns
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Mathematics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
