About the role

As a Network Engineering Lead, you will play a vital role in building globally distributed platforms, enhancing engineer productivity, and optimizing resource utilization. You’ll also be responsible for providing reliable and secure cloud and hardware network infrastructure that will shape the future of financial technology.

What you’ll bring on the table:

  • Provide technical guidance and empower a team of network engineers based in Singapore
  • Design and implement a robust network system for the company’s financial infrastructure
  • Establish connections between IDC and public cloud networks to create a high-performance global network
  • Develop and execute cyber security strategies that fulfill compliance and audit requirements
  • Implement comprehensive network monitoring systems to discover potential flaws
  • Oversee and secure critical hardware devices including switches, routers, and HSMs

Who you are:

  • At least 8+ years of enterprise-level network planning and management experience
  • Proven experience in team leadership and engineering mentorship
  • In-depth knowledge of switching, routing, and firewall configuration, with proficiency in BGP, IPSec, MPLS
  • Familiarity with public cloud network and interconnection configuration (AWS, Google Cloud), with proficiency in at least one programming language (golang or python)
  • Strong analysis skills and initiative in troubleshooting and problem resolution
