Tech Writer

About the role

As a Technical Writer, you'll be the bridge between intricate technology and user understanding, crafting concise and engaging documentation that makes even the most complex concepts feel like a friendly chat. You'll collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to bring our partner's products to life through words. 

What you'll do:

• Be in charge of planning, designing, and writing a variety of documents, from user manuals to internal standards and templates
• Polish and refine developer documentation, establishing consistency and creating a universal voice that is comprehensible to the entire business and their customers
• Work closely with managers, product owners, and end users to identify the processes, requirements, and specifications for documentation needs
• Provide regular and detailed reports to stakeholders with project updates, including outstanding dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of documentation within the product lifecycle
• Multitask and prioritize projects accordingly, keeping documentation sets updated and accurate; be able to deliver projects and meet multiple deadlines for quartlerly releases

• A strong attention to detail and can quickly absorb and retain information well
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills; with a high focus on relationship building and conducting interviews
• Conduct deep and diverse research of technical and business issues and be able to organize and translate technical information for specific audiences
• Be in tune with the organization’s goals and objectives
