About the role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist,  you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic paid media campaigns across different channels and mediums to boost customer and business growth.

What you’ll do:

• Be on top of campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities for the business
• Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficient results
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to enhance search engine campaigns for lead generation, providing clear reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance
• Develop and execute A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Create robust landing pages to boost conversions from ideal customer profiles
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Who you are:

• Experienced in managing campaigns across diverse platforms, with hands-on experience on paid social media advertising
• Practical experience with creative asset editing
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellence in cross-functional communication and collaboration
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance metrics
