About the role

As Partner Manager, you will be a foundational member in our partner’s growing team dedicated to help transform their partners into enthusiastic advocates.

What you’ll do:

  • Take charge in the recruitment and qualification, ensuring alignment with partnerships and GTM strategy
  • Effectively present the value of company solutions and processes to partners and customers by conducting engaging product demonstrations 
  • Manage comprehensive enablement journeys covering sales, product, and implementation
  • Maintain and optimize the partner portal in collaboration with marketing
  • Drive partner activation through strategic account mapping and co-sell initiatives
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to manage qualified opportunities
  • Create effective marketing resources and activate partnerships through events
  • Track and optimize partner revenue and pipeline metrics
  • Lead group training sessions and serve as an internal partnerships advocate

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in channel/partnership roles with revenue-focused outcomes
  • Natural initiative and creativity in presenting ideas within evolving environments
  • Excellent ability in building relationships with C-level decision-makers, partner relationships and stakeholder management
  • Excellence in crafting and delivering impactful presentations
  • Clear and effective communication style with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong ability to work across teams while maintaining focus on program goals
  • Robust project management capabilities for coordinating partner initiatives, with experience in managing complex partner ecosystems
  • Solid business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
