About the role

As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers thrive and consistently derive value from our partner's products and services.

You'll manage a large portfolio of accounts, leveraging automated tools and data-driven insights to drive customer success at scale.

Your focus will include:

  • Orchestrating end-to-end renewal processes while proactively addressing potential challenges
  • Developing and implementing scalable processes to streamline renewals and automate engagement
  • Using data analytics to forecast renewal rates and identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitoring customer health metrics and product usage to prevent churn
  • Creating and optimizing playbooks for efficient customer management

 Who you are:

  • Experienced with CRM systems and data management, with strong process optimization skills
  • Passionate in scaling your impact across multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excel at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, with deep understanding of customer success metrics and renewal processes
  • Love using data to tell compelling stories and drive decision-making
  • Communicate with clarity and enthusiasm, coordinating effectively across teams
