About the role

As an Engagement Coordinator, you'll be supporting stakeholders both in-office and virtually. You will play a key role in providing essential business and administrative support services to specialist client-facing divisions and guiding the end-to-end administration of client engagements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support to national client-facing staff
  • Leading the delivery of administration for client engagements
  • Offering solutions based on your in-depth knowledge and available services
  • Preparing engagement letters, reports and other documents
  • Creating and editing job codes in SAP while maintaining data integrity
  • Managing client billing and debtor processes
  • Using various Risk Management systems
  • Utilizing accounting software in supporting client teams 
  • Meeting established performance KPIs & SLAs

Your qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills from previous administration, retail or hospitality experience 
  • Strong project and time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills within a fast-paced and demanding work environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused and flexible approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and a commitment to high-quality and responsive service
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft office applications
