Join our partner's dynamic team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a crucial part in delivering cutting-edge technology platforms. Utilize your analytical prowess as you conduct comprehensive business process and systems analysis, ensuring that technical solutions align perfectly with strategic objectives.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Engage in business analysis activities to ensure seamless execution throughout the entire software delivery cycle.
• Contribute to technology initiatives in both project and BAU environments
• Develop, communicate, and oversee change plans and schedules to fulfill time, cost, and quality objectives
• Work closely with business, technical, and control teams to ensure that solutions are robust and suitable for target goal, and that delivery of reports and documentation are timely
• Cultivate positive work relationships with stakeholders through proactive and professional communication
• Spearhead the development of best practices across new and existing applications/services
• Nurture the vital partnership between business users and solution delivery teams

Who our partner is looking for:

• Qualifications in Business/Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management
• At least 5+ years experience as a business/technical analyst or consultant
• Proven track record in leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, functional configuration, testing, and end-user training
• Experience in supporting the design or build of complex interfaces between internal systems and third-party applications, with involvement in end-to-end change management
• Expertise in implementing operational changes within tight constraints, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency
• Solid understanding of project and program methodologies with adaptability for developing and executing tailored solutions
• Strong self-motivation with an enthusiasm to learn and master new subject areas
