About the role

As Customer Program Manager, you'll play a vital role in translating customer needs into streamlined and scalable engineering and product strategies. You will also be working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are duly met and that customer expectations are attained while driving product documentation, software development, and ecosystem enablement.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and prioritize market requirements and help resolve technical challenges in a timely manner
  • Transform customer needs into detailed product specifications and roadmaps, converting customer feedback into actionable improvements
  • Lead customer support journey, establishing and monitoring performance metrics to create alignment between customer expectations and product development
  • Develop efficient support processes such as application notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to enhance response times and customer satisfaction
  • Define training requirements for internal and external teams and ensure comprehensive training materials to enhance technical knowledge are delivered

Who you are:

  • At least 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record in program management or customer support, with a strong technical background in wireless and microcontroller products
  • Excellent ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and influence
  • Demonstrated success in translating customer requirements into project scope
