Lead Integration Architect

About the role

In this Lead Integration Architect position, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing internal integration solutions where your expertise will drive governance activities, enhance best practices, and ensure integration solutions are reusable, scalable, and maintainable.

What you will do:

• Lead and inspire onshore and offshore teams, ensuring high standards for design and implementation are met
• Shape and oversee integration governance policies while adhering to company standards
• Partner with senior stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into robust integration architectures
• Champion API-led connectivity and ensure MuleSoft's design principles are embraced across the organization
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to optimize integration solutions, while maintaining alignment with our partner's architecture practice and staying current with industry trends
• Create and communicate architecture guidelines and design patterns that foster consistency and scalability

Who you are:

• At least 15 years in integration architecture, with 5 years of experience on the MuleSoft platform
• Proven leadership in establishing integration best practices and governance frameworks
• Deep expertise in integration and API architecture with proficiency with RAML or OAS
• Experience working in DevOps culture with agile delivery principles
• Strong knowledge of security and infrastructure
• Ability to on precision while maintaining a proactive mindset
• Possess strategic and analytical thinking, finding creative solutions to complex problems
