Tech Art Lead

About the role

Our partner needs an experienced Lead Technical Artist to join one of their most successful social casino titles. This is a key role that calls for a proactive, positive mindset. You'll be guiding a dynamic Tech Art team that champions innovation and collaboration across the entire project.

What you’ll do:

• Proven experience as a Lead Technical Artist in mobile games
• Expert skills in designing and implementing visuals in Unity, with a strong focus on technical performance
• Solid understanding of 2D art import and integration best practices within a 2D mobile application
• Experience in C# programming
• Strong knowledge of 2D/3D asset creation software
• Proficiency with version control systems (specifically git)
• Skills in optimizing mobile game performance
• Strong capabilities in shaders, VFX, animation, and art direction implementation in Unity
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English and ability to represent the tech art team in cross-functional forums
• Experience with project management tools like Jira
