About the role

As the Principal Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our partner's product vision and strategy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative Wi-Fi solutions to life, from concept to market. Your expertise will be crucial in developing product roadmaps, crafting pricing strategies, and ensuring the successful launch of products that redefine wireless connectivity. 

Key responsibilities: 

Product roadmap: 

  • Craft a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals 
  • Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps for new products and features 
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly 

Pricing strategy: 

  • Develop pricing models that maximize revenue and market share 
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform pricing decisions 
  • Work with sales and finance to refine pricing based on market feedback 

Datasheets and technical documentation: 

  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive product documentation 
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in communicating product features and benefits 
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing for consistent messaging 

Product development: 

  • Define go-to-market strategies and product positioning 
  • Manage the product development process from ideation to launch 
  • Balance trade-offs and prioritize features based on market needs and resources 
  • Drive consensus on product decisions among stakeholders 

Market research and analysis: 

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs 
  • Analyze competitive landscape and technological trends 
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product initiatives 

What we're looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred 
  • 10+ years of product management experience 
  • Proven track record in launching successful technology products 
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and pricing strategies 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
