About the role

Are you a people person who thrives on variety and can keep pace with a bustling office? Our partner is on the lookout for a talented Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in administrative and event support services who brings energy and passion to their work. 

In this vibrant position, you'll be: 

  • Collaborating with the administration network nationally 
  • Providing stellar administrative support and diary management to senior partners 
  • Orchestrating meetings and events, both internally and externally 
  • Managing events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to grand affairs 
  • Lending your expertise to special projects as needed 
  • Supporting business development initiatives on local and national levels 
  • Maintaining the CRM database and generating reports 
  • Working independently with highly confidential information 
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel 
  • Nurturing strong professional relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and their EAs 

To thrive in this role, you'll bring: 

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at executive levels 
  • A strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality outcomes 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing demands 
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Intermediate to high-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
