Associate Director

About the role

Our partner is on the lookout for IT Audit professionals with a passion for technology risk and assurance. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to evaluate their technology environment and identify and respond to any Cyber and Technology Risks. 

Your auditing journey will include:

• Leading diverse teams of talented professionals and managing the planning and execution of IT Audit and IT Risk client engagements, while overseeing deliverables, project plans, and performance management
• Managing the delivery of IT risk & assurance services such as IT external/internal audits, service organization controls reporting, IT risk assessments, and IT project assurance reviews across multiple industries
• Evaluating the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle while providing performance management for the involved IT Audit & Risk staff
• Producing and presenting clear, concise reports with detailed observations and recommendations to clients, as well as reviewing other relevant documentation
• Identifying new target clients, building relationships with key executives, and presenting proposals
• Staying ahead of developments in technology, internal audit, and IT risk management to ensure our partner's approach remains fresh, innovative and revolutionary

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Solid experience of at least 8 years in internal/external audit, with deep experience in IT risk management
• Adept in client management, project delivery, and business development support
• Demonstrated experience in supervisory and team management 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a good grasp of technology risk and control knowledge
• Knowledge of global frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, and PCAOB Auditing Standards
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
