About the role

In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring smooth payment processes and securing vendor relationships. Your sharp attention to detail and knack for problem-solving will shine as you take on challenges and seek out opportunities to enhance our partner's financial operations.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Be the go-to contact for vendors and internal stakeholders for matters related to Accounts Payable
  • Working through daily Accounts Payable issues such as payment errors, invoice exceptions and inquiries about payment status
  • Manage expense reports and company credit cards, including audit and approval of reports in compliance to travel and expense policies
  • Handle payment runs, ensure correct numbers and generate payment files for bank uploads
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations
  • Work with various departments to resolve accounts-related queries and be involved in wider finance team projects

What you'll bring to the table:

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-function Accounts Payable and Employee Expenses within a global organization
  • Qualification in accounting, finance, or commerce
  • Strong attention to detail, equipped with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills; be able to present yourself professionally and boldly
  • Be independent at work; take the initiative in identifying and solving issues
  • Have a strong mindset leaning towards process improvement and continuous growth
  • Proficiency in using Excel
