About the role

Our partner is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Repack Supervisor Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Repack Supervisor Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their ingredient repacking process.

In this role, you'll:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the repacking team, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment
  • Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ingredient availability
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions in the repacking process
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food production or warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management systems
  • A passion for food and cooking (bonus points if you're a culinary enthusiast!)
