About the role

As an Internal Communications Manager, you'll develop strategies to deliver the right information to the right audiences and work closely with stakeholders to ensure unique cultures and values come to life as the team grows.

Here's what you'll be working on:

  • Developing and managing end-to-end internal communications programs that inform, engage and inspire a global team of 5,000 employees
  • Leading the internal communications measurement and reporting program, and analyzing key metrics to ensure company communications are clear, engaging, and impactful
  • Designing and implementing global internal communications content and editorial strategy, coordinating company-wide updates, events, and developments with leaders
  • Streamlining internal communications channels to ensure access to relevant and trustworthy information, reducing information overload while improving engagements
  • Iterating strategies based on feedback data and team insights to consistently drive efficiency

Here’s what would make you a great match:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in internal communications, chief of staff or people experience roles
  • Highly developed skills in written, visual and verbal communication, with the ability to create engaging content on your own
  • Experience in articulating complex ideas into clear and compelling messages 
  • Exceptional skills in planning, as well as priority and project management
  • Adept in navigating complex stakeholder environments to produce desired outcomes
