About the role

In this role, you’ll combine your ability to connect with people with a deep understanding of financial products and work alongside our partner’s marketing team to qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline, taking charge in completing the team’s inbound sales journey.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Guide the full inbound sales process for SME customers, from first contact through product demonstrations to account setup and product familiarization
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our partner's product suite and articulate how specific solutions address customer challenges
  • Create lasting first impressions by delivering exceptional customer experiences backed by product expertise
  • Meet revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Engage in meaningful customer conversations to understand specific business needs and growth objectives
  • Provide timely support and resolution for incoming inquiries
  • Collaborate across global offices and diverse team functions

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years of B2B experience in a sales-focused role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and confidence in engaging with senior executives and business owners
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build meaningful and productive work relationships
  • Exceptional communicator comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds and industries
