About the role

As a Contracts Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our partner's Commercial Legal team, responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts. You will be crucial in supporting the Enterprise sales, Education, and Procurement teams as they continue to redefine how the world experiences design.

Your day-to-day adventures will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with customers, partners, and vendors; ensure that the terms align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to gather essential information and address any concerns on contract terms.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of contracts, including key terms and obligations.
  • Providing continuous and valuable feedback to enhance templates and processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Extensive experience in negotiating SaaS agreements at a high volume in support of a sales team and reviewing vendor agreements.
  • Proficiency in using Ironclad, including its repository functionality for term tracking.
  • Enthusiasm for in-depth learning about the business; proactive in identifying and analyzing opportunities and risks.
  • A sharp, solutions-focused mindset in approaching challenges that prioritizes awareness over avoidance of risks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team player mindset  who can thrive in collaborative environments.
