Home loans are their exclusive focus, and they continue to rewrite industry rules with tools, products and policies that empower customers.

Since launching, our partner has settled over $5.8bn in home loans through their strong brand and excellent direct-to-consumer approach. They've spent the past 12 months building market-leading capability for the broker channel and now seek an exceptional BDM to cultivate meaningful relationships with brokers across NSW.

They genuinely value the broker channel and want BDMs who will help make them the most supportive lender to work with.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Performance: Driving application results across the LMG-branded product while maintaining focus on quality outcomes
• Relationship Building: Becoming the trusted "go-to person" for your brokers, providing thoughtful guidance and support
• Pipeline Management: Proactively managing broker scenarios and applications, consistently enhancing both broker and customer experiences
• Network Growth: Cultivating new broker relationships and nurturing them until they become authentic advocates who genuinely value your partnership
• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitating interactive broker onboarding that provides comprehensive understanding of products, processes, and ideal customer profiles
• Engaging Communication: Connecting effectively across phone, SMS, email, and Zoom, while spending significant time in face-to-face visits, PD days, and broker events
• Aggregator Relations: Developing productive relationships with aggregators including partnership managers and state leaders
• Internal Contribution: Participating thoughtfully in discussions about opportunities and improvements
• Policy Development: Collaborating with Cyber, Tech, Risk, and other functions to create effective policy outcomes
• Platform Enhancement: Offering insightful feedback to ensure platforms deliver exceptional experiences
