I can't log into my account
Have trouble logging in? Here is a quick checklist to help you troubleshoot💡:
- Try checking if there are any typo errors in your email address or password.
- Did you link your Google or Facebook when you initially created your Marlee account? If you did, make sure you are not trying to use the same email address to Sign In. Instead, click on the Facebook or Google Sign-in buttons.
- Another reason why you can't log in is if your most recent password does not match. Simply click 'Forgot Your Password' and add your email address in the space provided. If you have a current Marlee account, you should receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
However, if after following the checklist you are still unable to log in - please reach out to our Marlee Support team at [email protected] so we can help you log back into your account.
