To create a Soft Skills board in Marlee, follow the steps below:

  1. On your left-hand panel, go to Boards.
  2. You should be able to find all the templates readily available for you to create.
  3. Click on the Create Board button and a pop-up should appear with all the board templates you can choose from.
  4. Select Soft Skills from the board templates to create your board.
  5. To finalize your board, you can edit and personalize your board name and description any way you like.
  6. Then, click on the Create Board button to understand your strengths in areas like startup decision-making, emotional intelligence, and delegation based on your motivational analysis results.
