Our coaching bench is a freelance opportunity. We are looking for coaches to partner with us as freelances, and to join our global coaching bench. This particular opportunity is for Sydney-based Team Coaches - those familiar and experienced in working with teams and coaching them to a goal-based program.
If selected you will join a highly curated and trusted circle of master coaches serving some of the most exciting humans and companies in the world. As a trusted position of professional mastery we do have a some core criteria we are looking for as you explore this opportunity with us:
- Holding one of the following credentials: some text
- Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or
- Master Certified Coach (MCC) or
- Similar credential with another international coaching credentialling body such as MCF etc.
- Membership with the ICF
- A minimum of 500 hours of one-on-one coaching experience and for this specific role within our coaching bench 1-2 years of specifically coaching teams from 2-30 people distinct from running training or workshops.
- Public Liability Insurance (at a limit of no less than $5million AUD) and Professional Indemnity Insurance (at a limit of $2million AUD)
- 12 months plus experience running your own professional established freelance coaching (or other) business already working with clients, adding Marlee to your small curated coaching partners you work with

- Fingerprint for Success Module Trained
- iWAM certified or
- Familiar with either of the above via meta-program training and / or certification
- Experience working with startup and scaleup teams, VCs or accelerator programs
