I can't login
Here is a checklist to help you to troubleshoot 💡 : First, try to see if you have registered using a different email address. Did you link your Facebook or Google account with your F4S account? If you did, make sure you are not trying to use the same email address to Sign In. Instead, simply use the Facebook or Google Sign In buttons.
Deleting, pausing or deactivating your account
You can change your status in the Talent Pool at any time. Simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Deactivate my account” and we can help you.
Changing your work culture setting
If you are in the app simply: Navigate to profile settings using your profile avatar at the top right corner of your screen. Find Settings. From the Culture field, Choose from the drop down menu the culture that is closest to you from those available. When ready click on ‘Update Profile’ to save it. Your data will automatically update throughout the app. As F4S evolves so too will the number of cultures available. 🌏
