Using the Marlee app, you can better understand your team's motivations

In this guide, you'll learn how to ask Marlee questions about your team's motivations to learn what excites them versus what drains their energy.
Before we start, ensure your team is connected with you in the Marlee app and set up a team workspace.
Let's get started!
First, visit the Marlee website at GetMarlee.com.
You can ask Marlee about your team's motivations by clicking the "Motivate" button. This will show suggested queries or prompts.
You can also use the search field at the top of the page to type a query related to your team.
Click in the search box.
Marlee will provide instant insights into Jon's motivations.
Towards the bottom of the page, Marlee provides insights on what will drain Jon.
You can ask Marlee a question by clicking in the search field and then on any examples in the dropdown box.
There are other ways to understand your team with Marlee. For example, ask, "How am I similar to Jon?"
Marlee shares insights on similarities with your team members and how you complement each other.
Further down the page, Marlee shares insights on how you and your team member complement each other.
Marlee's team insights can help you build deeper connections with your team. This will allow you to motivate and support them more effectively through greater empathy and understanding.

How to remove the Marlee Zoom App
Sign into your Zoom account and navigate to the marketplace. Click ‘Manage’ then ‘Added Apps’. Search for ‘F4S App for Zoom’, click on the app icon, then click ‘Remove’.
How to remove emojis in the Marlee Zoom App
If you open the F4S app in Zoom you should see the range and summary of the four communication styles on the right hand side of your Zoom window. If you scroll to the bottom of that page, you will see a button to either add or remove the emojis from your video. Note: Your Zoom video will need to be turned on for the button to be visible.
