How the training works
The Coach and People Leader Training is delivered in two phases, combining flexible self-paced learning with live, skills-based practice.
Phase 1
Self-Paced Learning
Begin with asynchronous learning you can complete in your own time. This phase helps you build strong foundations and understand the core concepts ahead of the live sessions.
Phase 2
Live Skills-Based Learning
The live component runs as a 9-week modular program, with weekly 2-hour sessions. This structure gives you time to:
- Learn and reflect on the theory
- Build and practise practical coaching skills
- Apply what you’re learning between sessions
