Marlee prioritizes privacy. Your work-preference insights stay private, secure, and visible only to your spaces, with no unnecessary data collected.
At Marlee, data privacy is built into how spaces work. Only your name, profile photo, and motivational insights are visible, and only to people in the spaces you’re part of - no one outside those spaces can access your data unless you intentionally choose to share it.
Marlee only asks you questions about your work preferences and no other personal information, other than the year you were born and where you are located.
Each of these questions is specifically to help you more deeply understand your work preferences, and importantly, for your leader to support you and help your development in your role.
The results from your questions are all stored securely and privately, following privacy laws and GDPR.
You can delete your account if you wish and the results will be deleted.
