Are you facing one of these problems?
The usual fix for these is to make sure your OS has been updated to the latest available version. If that doesn’t work, double check that your Zoom and Safari browser are also up to date.
Try clicking on the three dots at the top of the Zoom app and click “Refresh app”. If your teammate still isn’t visible we’d recommend checking that you and your teammate are connected in the F4S platform. You can go to the F4S website and check your connections or you can invite directly in the app by clicking the “Invite” button.
If you open the F4S app in Zoom you should see the range and summary of the four communication styles on the right hand side of your Zoom window. If you scroll to the bottom of that page, you will see a button to either add or remove the emojis from your video.
Note: Your Zoom video will need to be turned on for the button to be visible.

If your video is mirrored the emojis will appear to be on the opposite side but don’t worry! They will be in the right spot for everyone else on the call.
