Jenny’s Coaching Practice has an Ivy League foundation (Brown University) and is informed by 17 years’ of professional experience spanning People & Talent, Operations and Legal, building & leading high-performing teams across scaling global VC backed technology startups, FTSE 100 companies & the non-profit sector.

Throughout her career, Jenny has created high performing cultures of trust and safety at scale. She’s built teams and businesses from the ground up and led large People, Legal & Operations teams in globally distributed hybrid and 100% remote startups and scale ups.

Founders work with Jenny to define and address the gaps and blocks that slow their growth and stand in the way of scale. She helps Founders break through their growth ceiling, and leadership teams navigate the challenge and opportunity that VC funding brings.
