Across a 20+ year global career, Jas has been a trusted coach and advisor to executives and leadership teams navigating complexity, scale, and change. Her work spans Media, Technology, Retail, and Creative industries, supporting organisations to strengthen leadership, shape vision, and build cultures where people and performance thrive.
Jas has designed and delivered leadership development programs for global organisations, including the executive team behind Apple’s Advertising business and inclusive leadership programs for Penske Media Corp. She has coached senior leaders at Google, Paramount Pictures, SBS, Sony, Variety, and Omnicom.
As Head of Organisational Solutions at Marlee, Jas brings together behavioural insight, motivation science, and AI-enabled coaching to help organisations drive performance at scale. Her work focuses on understanding what truly motivates individuals and teams, and translating that into practical, data-led strategies that accelerate growth and adaptability.
A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 3,000 coaching hours, Jas is known for creating spaces that are both deeply supportive and constructively challenging. She helps leaders surface blind spots, shift limiting patterns, and expand how they think, lead, and make decisions.
Jas’s approach is calm, incisive, and highly tailored—balancing empathy with directness. She works with leaders to move beyond reactive patterns and build the awareness, confidence, and capability needed to lead in increasingly complex environments.
Outside of her work, Jas is drawn to the outdoors—hiking in the mountains, kayaking rivers, and swimming in open water. She is trained in yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction, practices that continue to inform her perspective on leadership, wellbeing, and performance.
